Windjammer Surf Bar

Went here the Friday after July 4th. They did a great job rebuilding after this years winter storms. We got wings that were phenomenal, the drinks were all good as well as the service. The prices were really fair as well. Always a great spot to stop by when around westerly.

We are frequent visitors of the Windjammer and couldn’t recommend it more if you are in Westerly. Food, service and atmosphere are 10/10. We hosted our wedding welcome party this past fall at The Windjammer, and it was incredible. Leading up to the event Amy and the banquet staff were so flexible and accommodating. They made us feel so special on the day, nothing was spared and the entire staff was dedicated to making sure we had exactly what we needed. Our entire party of 100 people were throughly impressed. The beachfront location created the perfect laid-back, coastal vibe, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had a BBQ buffet and it was some of the best pulled pork, mac and cheese and grilled chicken I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Amy and the banquet staff—they went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and made us feel truly cared for. Our guests are still talking about how great the night was. Highly recommend the Windjammer!

I loved everything about this place. I have been coming here for over 20 years and I am always satisfied. I had the fish and chips last time I was there and it was amazing! Not to mention that I was beach side during sun set. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone in the area. The staff were helpful and in good spirits. The only downfall is the determination of the seagulls trying to snatch your food up lol. They also have live music on the weekends which is great! Definitely my favorite spot on the beach in Rhode Island.

Great place to have dinner by the ocean. Our waitress was awesome. She served our party of 12 and did a great job She even offered and took a picture of us all with the ocean in the background. Really good food. Everyone was happy This year was our second year eating dinner here. Our group will make reservations here next year when we come back to Misquamicut.

Ocean view restaurant with great staff and delicious food! We got the pulled pork loaded nachos to split, the clam chowder and fritter combo and the chicken fingers with fries. Everything came out fast and fresh! Out server was great. I also got the spicy pineapple margarita! Delicious

Absolutely amazing place they close a bit early like 9 PM in the evening but it’s right along the ocean right in Westerly Rhode Island it’s got a great outdoor patio right on the beach. Plenty of parking. They have got the best fried zucchini I’ve ever had with served with a cheese sauce and it’s only like 14. They have great selections of beer, wine, and cocktails the people that work there are very very friendly and the atmosphere is to die for.

First time here and I had a great time. We sat outside and the view of the beach was awesome. The waitress was very friendly and all of our orders came out quickly and correctly. Pricing was fair as well!
